(1) If the joint housing building is completely damaged in any way, the rights of all housing unit owners on the land on which the building is located shall be maintained proportionately.
(2) If the joint housing building is partially damaged and can be repaired or constructed, the founder or the committee shall repair such damaged building within the specified period from the date of such damage.
